Justin Knight is a private chef and hospitality founder with over 20 years of experience in fine dining, luxury events, and high-volume service. His career spans Michelin-starred restaurants including The Black Rat, Ockenden Manor, and The Savoy Grill, as well as elite roles aboard private superyachts and corporate hospitality leadership across the UK.
Known for his precision, creativity, and calm leadership, Justin has cooked for royalty, captains of industry, and intimate family gatherings alike. His style blends modern European techniques with bold, seasonal ingredients, always tailored to the moment.
Working on yachts taught Justin the true meaning of personal service, crafting every dish not just with skill, but with intention, emotion, and care for the principal’s experience. That ethos now runs through everything at Just Inc.. from private dining to festival food, every moment, every meal, and every event is designed to be as tailored and personal as possible.
